People still do not get what you do
You offer several services, and one page cannot explain them all without turning into a wall of text.
A website with several pages, a site with a library of helpful content, or a custom tool built around how your work happens. Tell me what needs to work better. I build the right thing for the job, then hand it to you to keep.
A one-page site does one job well: get found, get reached. When your business has outgrown that, adding more pages at random does not help. Start with what is not working.
You offer several services, and one page cannot explain them all without turning into a wall of text.
The helpful things you say every day live in old posts, documents, and voice notes, where nobody searching for you can find them.
Intake, requests, tracking, and follow-up happen by hand, in texts and spreadsheets, because no tool fits the way you actually work.
These are starting points, not packages. Each one is shaped around what your business needs, and you get a written plan and a plain quote before you commit to anything.
A full website for a business with several services, a story to tell, or more than one kind of customer. Home, services, about, contact, and whatever else the job calls for.
Best whenOne page cannot hold everything, and people need to find the right service without scrolling past the rest.
Just need one page? That is the $500 Site Handoff.
Start hereA website plus a library of helpful articles, guides, and answers, connected so people, Google, and AI tools can find you for the questions you already answer every day.
Best whenYou want to be found for more than your name, and you have real expertise sitting in posts, documents, or your head.
Good to know: ongoing writing is separate, and nobody can promise a ranking.
Start hereA small web app that does more than explain. Customers or your team submit information, track progress, manage requests, or work through a guided process in a tool shaped around the work.
Best whenYou need a client portal, a tracker, a guided form, or a workflow a normal website cannot handle.
Good to know: phone apps, sensitive records, and complex payments need their own plan.
Start hereNot sure which one? Pick "Not sure yet" on the form and tell me what is getting in the way. Figuring out whether that calls for a few pages, a content library, or a tool is the first thing we do together, and it costs nothing.
A few pages from the portfolio, one for each path. Every project starts from the job it needs to do, not from a template.
A service company with repair, installation, and maintenance to explain, each with its own place and its own call to action.
A practice website where services, articles, and answers connect, built to be found for the questions clients actually search.
A guided page every new client lands on after buying: a checklist, a timeline, and a booking step, so nobody has to ask what happens next.
No surprises on price or scope. You know what is being built, what it costs, and when it lands before anything starts.
Share the result you want and what is getting in the way. "Not sure yet" is a perfectly good place to start.
We narrow it to the right path, agree on what is in and what is out, and you get a written plan with a plain quote.
You see it at clear checkpoints and keep your feedback in one place. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Tested, live on your domain, with plain instructions. It is yours to keep, no monthly fee to me.
Need changes later, or a new article, or the next tool? Ask. You are never locked in, and never on your own.
I run The Systems Doula. Digital Builds exists because good-looking pages can still fail when nobody has thought through what happens next.
My background is operations, so I look at the whole path: what people need to understand, what they need to do, and what should happen after that. Then I build the thing that makes it work.
You work with me from the first conversation through delivery. No coordinating a strategist, a writer, a designer, and a developer. One person, start to finish, and then it is yours.
“Working with her was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was professional, creative, patient, and truly brought my vision to life. The website looks clean, modern, and exactly how I imagined it.”
“Tiki and I have worked on many marketing projects over the years with my business and I always receive so much value from our time together. She has a great process she follows which allows for a streamlined experience.”
“Tiki is not only an amazing, heart-centered human, but also a very gifted marketing expert. It’s as if she is in my head. She really does know the struggle of an intuitive, creative healer type.”
Not sure? Tell me what is getting in the way. We can start there.
The details most people want cleared up before they reach out.
The $500 Site Handoff is one focused page for a local business, at a flat price, live in about a week. Digital Builds is for when one page is not enough: several pages, a content library, or a custom tool. Those vary too much for one price, so each is scoped first and quoted plainly.
Because a four-page site and a client portal are not the same job, and a made-up number would only mislead you. You tell me what needs to work, I send a written plan with one plain price and a timeline, and you decide. No call required, no pressure.
Choose "Not sure yet" and tell me what needs to work better. Working out whether that calls for a few pages, connected content, or a tool is the first thing we do together, and it costs nothing.
Whatever you have: your offer, who it is for, your logo and colors, and any existing website, documents, or process. Before the build starts we agree on who writes, supplies, and reviews each piece, so nothing stalls halfway.
No, and be careful of anyone who says yes. I can make your site clearer and easier for people, Google, and AI tools to understand. Rankings, traffic, and AI mentions depend on things no builder controls.
We start with a short written plan: who uses the tool, what they need to do, and what it connects to. That plan sets the first version, the price, the timing, and who owns what (you do). Sensitive records or complex payments get extra planning up front.
Yes. Websites and content hubs live on your own domain with hosting included, so your only ongoing cost is the domain. A custom tool may have its own small running costs (a database, an email service), and those are spelled out in the plan before you say yes. No monthly fee to me, no lock-in.
A few quick questions. Tell me what is not working and what you want instead, and I will reply personally within one business day with the right path and a plain quote.
